Beyond his professional background, Jordan is actively involved in the community. He serves as a mentor through Lutheran Social Services, providing guidance and support to others. Additionally, he contributes to Augustana University, as a member of the Investment Committee for the Board of Trustees. As a graduate of Leadership Sioux Falls, he remains engaged in local initiatives, prioritizing integrity, consistency, and ethical leadership in all aspects of life.
